A fixer-upper backyard rebuilt from the ground up, start to finish in a fortnight.
What the homeowner asked for
Several things at once: privacy fencing, retaining walls, land grading, patio stairs that were neither safe nor up to code, brick work on the outside of the house that needed repairing, and a proper place to spend time outdoors.
How we built it
We came out, walked the property and had a design and a quote back with them in under a week. The day after they agreed to go ahead, the crew was on site. Over 600 linear feet of vinyl fencing went in with multiple gates, alongside several large-scale retaining walls and the grading work needed to make the rest of it sit right. The stairs were rebuilt to code and the brickwork repaired.
The centrepiece
A large pavilion, fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen and bar area. Everything was completed within a two week time frame.
